A conviction for possession of a handgun without a carry permit is a Second Degree crime.
A Second Degree Offense carries, jail or prison time of between 5 and 10 years!

Additionally, a conviction for this charge falls within the Graves Act.
The Graves Act imposes a period of parole ineligibility that an individual serve in jail before they are eligible for parole.

NJ Penalties for Possession of a knife, is a fourth degree crime and conviction on this one count alone. carries a jail sentence of 18 months.

(which is really street meth with some coke mixed in to make it taste like it)! And Or Alcohol, another mind numbing drug that causes a person to lose their senses! Please don't even bother with this trash! Pills Kill It's all poison!

Even real cocaine is distilled using kerosene. So in less you wanna go live in Colombia and chew on coca leaves,forget it! The heroin's synthetic too! Probably crushed up painkillers! None of which, I would give to an animal I love.
Don't do drugs, or drink alcohol either, (another quick way to kill yourself or someone else)!
They're garbage and a waste of time! And not needed to have a good time

The drugs of choice are prescription painkillers, crack, heroin, booze (alcohol), etc, or any drug the dealer has! These drugs are toxic enough alone. This is why 20 year old kids are shooting each other over a piece of turf in the ghetto instead of getting financial aid and scholarships and partying at a good college.

An especially good trick among the poor is; to convince them that a little bit of life is good.
But you know what, a whole lot of life, is way better!
Don't show them the bigger picture of how not being a fool gets you the big bucks in about 8 years.FREE COLLEGE=GOOD JOB=BIG BUCKS!

EDUCATION Is So Important To Getting The BEST OUT OF Life! If you are uneducated you cannot tap into the minds of great thinkers. You have less strategies to fight your way up with. Then, there's the brainwashing and mind control to take you out with if you are still making it without an education.

Nowadays College Is Free.
It's called Financial Aid and anyone who doesn't have a lot of money is eligible to get it. Also Scholarships are really easy to get. All you have to do is get half way decent marks in High School. Stay home at night, do some homework. Nobody has to be a genius to get into college nowadays.

Drugs are a commodity; so they become a type of currency, which in turn causes crime. Drugs are so extremely expensive that many people do have to turn to crime in order to support their habits. It's very sad how many beautiful young people are sitting in a jail cell because of drugs!

Please Don't Take Drugs Or Drink Alcohol, They Can Kill You The Very First Time You Try Them! Alcohol (liquor, booze) will make you crazy and lose control. Drinking will definitely enhance your chances of being victimized. You won't even know what you're doing! I'm not just saying this. IT'S TRUE.Drugs and alcohol keep you from thinking clearly! Bob Marley says "Them drugs gonna make you slow". FOR REAL!

They'll Keep you back in your best years. When you're young, strong and most productive! Keep you from catching up, if they don't eliminate you outright.
Drugs will distract you from getting the most out of life.

The drugs on the street nowadays are REAL BAD Being synthetic they make a person crazy, crazy, crazy! They also kill you quicker. Much stronger than natural drugs.

Don't believe the story that you can use drugs on a recreational basis.
This has been a lie forever! Addiction isn't pretty. And it's not fun.
With opiates you just go to sleep. Hopefully not permanently!
With cocaine you just speed up. What's so much fun?
With LSD just makes you schizophrenic! What's fun about that?

Prescription drugs destroy the body and mind faster even, than the street drugs.
If they contain Tylenol and you drink alcohol with them they can burn your liver up, right on the spot! ONE TIME No fun here!

When I was 11 years old, I used to sell Christmas And All Occasion Cards, etc. door to door. This is
no longer practical and I looked for a decent wholesaler but the all occasion card business isn't what it used to be in 1961. Although you could google Wholesale Christmas All Occasion Cards and see if anything appeals to you as good for fund raising sales.

Decide how much you can spend on advertising and what is available for free.
Produce fliers and distribute them. You can mail them out, post them on bulletin boards or hand them out.

Make tickets that you can sell for the event. Many people will buy tickets, even if they are unable to attend the event.

Submit the event information to any and all community calendars. Generally, there is no charge for this service.

Use the internet to announce the event. If you send an email to your friends and they send an email to their friends, the word will get out to a lot of extra individuals.

Ask local businesses to sponsor your event. If they provide the money, they can write it off as an advertising expense and you can promote their generosity along with your event.

Publicity For Your Organization & Event
Publicity goes hand in hand with promotion, but it also goes a step further.
Radio station and local television promotions reach the greatest audience. Contact program directors about running promotional messages and the possibility of broadcasts from your event.

Take lots of pictures during your event. These will make great press releases and thank-you mementos for sponsors.

Always, always send thank-yous to your sponsors and promoters. Send them directly to the sponsor and put thank-yous in the local newspapers. Not only will it give your event more publicity, it will show your sponsors your appreciation of their generosity.

Keep your organization in the news. Send press releases every time something happens in your organization, no matter how trivial it may seem. The more you get your name out there, the more people will rally around your cause.

The funny thing about this diary is, that it stated out about a year ago with just the how to promote a non-profit event and it was so good that I decided to up date it and post it at Kos, and it just morphed into what you see! The artistic process is amazing!

And now that I've finally had a chance to read my own diary. I'm laughing at how to promote a non profit event relates to Occupy Everywhere!

When I first started posting here at Kos, a Commenter told me to "keep refining my art" They sounded just like the Chair from the Art dept where I work-studied in College. She's the one who taught me how to write. I typed proposals for her and absorbed her writing style. She graduated from Brown. So I listened and keep refining my art process.

Homemade Chicken Soup
Yields 10 servings
Ingredients
1 (3 pound) whole chicken
4 carrots, halved
4 stalks celery, halved
1 large onion, halved
bunch of parsley
bunch of dill
water to cover
salt and pepper to taste
1 chicken bouillon cube or teaspoon granules (optional)

Directions
Put the chicken, carrots, celery and onion, all the parsley and dill, in a large soup pot and cover with cold water. Heat and simmer, uncovered, until the chicken meat falls off of the bones (skim off foam every so often).

Take everything out of the pot. Strain the broth. Pick the meat off of the bones and chop the carrots, celery and onion. Season the broth with salt, pepper and chicken bouillon to taste, if desired. Return the chicken, carrots, celery and onion to the pot, stir together, and serve.

The DREAM Act-We Won't Give Up! [Update 12/20/10] Dream Act Not Passed!
The purpose of the Development, Relief and Education of Alien Minors Act, also called the DREAM Act, is to help those individuals who meet certain requirements, have an opportunity to enlist in the military or go to college and have a path to citizenship which they otherwise would not have without this legislation. Supporters of the DREAM Act believe it is vital not only to the people who would benefit from it, but also the United States as a whole. It would give an opportunity to undocumented immigrant students who have been living in the U.S. since they were young, a chance to contribute back to the country that has given so much to them and a chance to utilize their hard earned education and talents.

REQUISITES
* Must have entered the United States before the age of 16 (i.e. 15 and younger)
* Must have been present in the United States for at least five (5) consecutive years prior to enactment of the bill
* Must have graduated from a United States high school, or have obtained a GED, or have been accepted into an institution of higher education (i.e. college/university)
* Must be between the ages of 12 and 35 at the time of application
* Must have good moral character.
