A conviction for possession of a handgun without a carry permit is a Second Degree crime.
A Second Degree Offense carries, jail or prison time of between 5 and 10 years!

Additionally, a conviction for this charge falls within the Graves Act.
The Graves Act imposes a period of parole ineligibility that an individual serve in jail before they are eligible for parole.

Even real cocaine is distilled using kerosene. So in less you wanna go live in Colombia and chew on coca leaves,forget it! The heroin's synthetic too! Probably crushed up painkillers! None of which, I would give to an animal I love.

They're garbage and a waste of time! And not needed to have a good time

An especially good trick among the poor is; to convince them that a little bit of life is good.
But you know what, a whole lot of life, is way better!

Then, there's the brainwashing and mind control to take you out with if you are still making it without an education.

It's called Financial Aid and anyone who doesn't have a lot of money is eligible to get it. Also Scholarships are really easy to get. All you have to do is get half way decent marks in High School. Stay home at night, do some homework. Nobody has to be a genius to get into college nowadays.

Please Don't Take Drugs Or Drink Alcohol, They Can Kill You The Very First Time You Try Them! Alcohol (liquor, booze) will make you crazy and lose control. Drinking will definitely enhance your chances of being victimized. You won't even know what you're doing! I'm not just saying this. IT'S TRUE.Drugs and alcohol keep you from thinking clearly! Bob Marley says "Them drugs gonna make you slow". FOR REAL!

They'll Keep you back in your best years. When you're young, strong and most productive! Keep you from catching up, if they don't eliminate you outright.

When I was 11 years old, I used to sell Christmas And All Occasion Cards, etc. door to door. This is
no longer practical and I looked for a decent wholesaler but the all occasion card business isn't what it used to be in 1961. Although you could google Wholesale Christmas All Occasion Cards and see if anything appeals to you as good for fund raising sales.

Decide how much you can spend on advertising and what is available for free.
Produce fliers and distribute them. You can mail them out, post them on bulletin boards or hand them out.

Make tickets that you can sell for the event. Many people will buy tickets, even if they are unable to attend the event.

Submit the event information to any and all community calendars. Generally, there is no charge for this service.

Use the internet to announce the event. If you send an email to your friends and they send an email to their friends, the word will get out to a lot of extra individuals.

Ask local businesses to sponsor your event. If they provide the money, they can write it off as an advertising expense and you can promote their generosity along with your event.

Publicity For Your Organization & Event
Publicity goes hand in hand with promotion, but it also goes a step further.
Radio station and local television promotions reach the greatest audience. Contact program directors about running promotional messages and the possibility of broadcasts from your event.

Take lots of pictures during your event. These will make great press releases and thank-you mementos for sponsors.

Always, always send thank-yous to your sponsors and promoters. Send them directly to the sponsor and put thank-yous in the local newspapers. Not only will it give your event more publicity, it will show your sponsors your appreciation of their generosity.

Keep your organization in the news. Send press releases every time something happens in your organization, no matter how trivial it may seem. The more you get your name out there, the more people will rally around your cause.

The funny thing about this diary is, that it stated out about a year ago with just the how to promote a non-profit event and it was so good that I decided to up date it and post it at Kos, and it just morphed into what you see! The artistic process is amazing!

And now that I've finally had a chance to read my own diary. I'm laughing at how to promote a non profit event relates to Occupy Everywhere!

When I first started posting here at Kos, a Commenter told me to "keep refining my art" They sounded just like the Chair from the Art dept where I work-studied in College. She's the one who taught me how to write. I typed proposals for her and absorbed her writing style. She graduated from Brown. So I listened and keep refining my art process.

Homemade Chicken Soup
Yields 10 servings
Ingredients
1 (3 pound) whole chicken
4 carrots, halved
4 stalks celery, halved
1 large onion, halved
bunch of parsley
bunch of dill
water to cover
salt and pepper to taste
1 chicken bouillon cube or teaspoon granules (optional)

Directions
Put the chicken, carrots, celery and onion, all the parsley and dill, in a large soup pot and cover with cold water. Heat and simmer, uncovered, until the chicken meat falls off of the bones (skim off foam every so often).

Take everything out of the pot. Strain the broth. Pick the meat off of the bones and chop the carrots, celery and onion. Season the broth with salt, pepper and chicken bouillon to taste, if desired. Return the chicken, carrots, celery and onion to the pot, stir together, and serve.

The purpose of the Development, Relief and Education of Alien Minors Act, also called the DREAM Act, is to help those individuals who meet certain requirements, have an opportunity to enlist in the military or go to college and have a path to citizenship which they otherwise would not have without this legislation. Supporters of the DREAM Act believe it is vital not only to the people who would benefit from it, but also the United States as a whole. So you can talk; Mayor Booker. I heard you on a radio show a couple of months ago and emailed Senator Lautenberg to tell you that you needed to relax. I'm so glad. I didn't know that much about you. But I knew you had your hands full with Newark! I'm from Bayonne. I used to go shopping with my Mother in Newark when I was little. I remember how beautiful Jackson Ave in Jersey City NJ was too in the 1950's! My Mother went shopping there too.

Mayor Cory Booker greets more than 200 volunteers building a state-of-the-art community playground located at West Bigelow Street in Newark's South Ward. Funded through a grant from the Home Depot Foundation as well as contributions from the City of Newark and the Greater Newark Conservancy, the 2,500-square-foot playground was completed in a single day replacing an eyesore vacant lot in the community.

I seriously suggest, (for the sake of their own prosperity) That all the nations of the world think about human rights, Everywhere.

In Iran, In Africa, In Palestine and Israel, in China, Russia, Britain and America too. And all the other places in the world I'm not politically savvy enough to be able to name.

These countries have to make up their minds that Peace is the Only answer.

It is really time the whole world wakes up and realizes that peace is the solution.
It is the only road to prosperity.
Maybe with a little encouragement things may change. They may still hate us, or not.
My advice is "forget who you hate, do what's best for you". Don't let emotions cloud your better judgment!

Only time and diplomatic intercession will tell if the Promise of Peace will be kept.
The U.N., is where all these countries should settle their difficulties.
I know that the civilized way to discuss grievances is in the Boardroom, not in a street brawl.

I think that many countries the US government are friendly with might be considered evil, so Iran is different because, they have oil?

Ok, they've been accused of harboring and arming Al Qaeda. But the US has also been accused of supporting Al Qaeda during the Afghan war with Russia. Then Al Qaeda turned on us.
We should be finding Al Qaeda not wasting our resources chasing shadows! How come we never hear anything about the US progress in finding Al Qaeda? Come on, they can't be that slippery!
President Teddy Roosevelt said "Talk Softly and carry a big stick"!
America doesn't need to attack Iran. America's main priority should be to get Iraq stabilized and bring our troops home now!

The world needs to consider that Peace is the only alternative. Really war helps no one. Sure it shows the other guy we're tougher than they are. But what price is the world willing to pay for peace? "An eye for an eye until everyone is blind"!

All the countries of the world know that America has the capacity to defeat a large war machine like that of Nazi Germany. None of them could!
So really their tough talk is just a lot of posturing!

Terrorists, attacked America and although some countries in the Middle East have been accused of supporting terrorist activities, I think that it is more like,a group of international terrorists who are loyal to AN IDEOLOGY OF HATE, rather than any particular country.

Afghanistan chased the Taliban out, because they wouldn't let them grow their poppies. Al Qaeda did train all over the area because they were not wanted anywhere either.

Just because the Arab people's language and culture is very different than ours, doesn't mean that they cannot be rational thinkers.
We have crazy Americans too.

What the world forgets is that America saved them all from the Nazi's.

America doesn't have to put missiles in Eastern Europe to protect us from Russia. Remember the Bay of Pigs? We didn't like it!

Although, Russia is progressing slowly in terms of becoming socially in tune with the rest of the world, they are progressing.
There's a lot of American big business in Russia nowadays, McDonald's, Coca Cola, jeans, anything we've got in America.
Since they took down the Berlin wall, Russia's relations with the west have been a lot less chilly. Until recently.

We should all try to get along with other countries, instead of just wanting to always fight them.

When I see stuff like this on the news I wonder what the heck is happening out there.

I think Iran's play for nuclear power is a threat. They want the West to stop trying to dictate their internal politics. They are far from being a democracy, but need to evolve at their own pace.

Dawid Strucinski has emerged from the coma and was transported to a rehab facility in West Orange to begin his long road to recovery. He he is still unable to speak and not completely there, but each day he is getting better and things are looking good, friends of Strucinski said. Strucinski suffered severe head trauma.

He was specifically upset about House Bill 4214. Calling the legislation passive aggressive, Enderle says the bill which would give broad powers to emergency financial managers could easily be used to eliminate union contracts negotiated and approved in good faith.
Imagine if you make and agreement and sign a contract with me. Now, two weeks later I come back to you and say, We don’t have to adhere to that agreement, Enderle said. That says contracts don’t matter. That’s bad for business.

In recent years peace was seemingly within reach, largely due to the Juba Peace Talks. These peace talks, supported by special envoys from the United States and other nations, allowed for the longest period of peace in northern Uganda’s 23-year war.
The Juba Peace Talks developed with hope for a lasting resolution, and concluded in March of 2008 with the Final Peace Agreement (FPA) ready for the signature of Joseph Kony and President Museveni. However, in April of 2008, Kony twice failed to appear and sign the FPA and officially ended the Juba talks mediated by the Southern Sudanese government. Joseph Kony’s stated reasons for not signing the FPA were a vague understanding of the treaty’s systems regarding post-conflict justice and an apprehension toward ICC warrants for him and four other LRA leaders. Since the collapse of the peace talks, the LRA has been active in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Central African Republic (CAR) and southern Sudan, drawing widespread disapproval from the international community and igniting a new urgency to end what has become a complex regional conflict.

In the last two years, an estimated 900,000 of the 1.8 million displaced have returned to their homes. But that leaves one million people currently living in the Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camps. While the majority desires to return home, the issues surrounding their return are complex. Some have been displaced for more than a decade, and their former way of life is all but gone. Access to clean water, economic opportunities, health centers, and education are a pressing concern for all, and even more so for the many who contemplate returning to resource-barren villages.

In 1980 the Supreme Court ruled upon the longest running court case in US History, the United States vs Sioux Nation. The court determined that the terms of the 1868 Fort Laramie Treaty had been violated when the Sioux were resettled onto P.O.W. camps, and 7 million acres of their land were opened up to prospectors and homesteaders. These camps are now called “reservations”.

The grim statistics on Native Reservations today are the equivalent to that of a 3rd world country, revealing the legacy of colonization and treaty violations. Unemployment on the Reservation fluctuates between 80-90%. Many are homeless, and those with homes are packed into rotting buildings with up to 5 families. More than 90% of the population lives below the federal poverty line.

Lord Hold Our Troops In Your Great Hands, Protect Them, As They Protect Us

If you read this, you will forward it on.
You just won't be able to stop yourself.

The average age of the Military Man is 19 years.
He is a short haired, tight-muscled kid who, under normal circumstances is considered by society as half man, half boy.

He's a recent High School graduate, drives a ten year old jalopy. He listens to rock and roll or hip-hop or rap or jazz and can swing a 155mm howitzer.

He is 10 or 15 pounds lighter now than when He was at home because He is working or fighting from before dawn to well after dusk.

He can field strip a rifle in 30 seconds and reassemble it in less time in the dark. He can recite to you the nomenclature of a machine gun or grenade launcher and use either one effectively if He must.

He digs foxholes and can apply first aid like a professional.

He can march until He is told to stop,
or stop until He is told to march.

He obeys orders instantly and without hesitation,
but He is not without spirit or individual dignity.

He is self-sufficient.

He has two sets of fatigues: He washes one and wears the other.
He can cook His own meals, mend
His own clothes, and fix His own hurts.

If you're thirsty, He'll share his water with you; if you are hungry, His food.
He'll even split His ammunition with you in the midst of battle when you run low.

He has learned to use His hands like weapons
and weapons like they were His hands.

He will often do twice the work of a civilian, draw half the pay, and still find ironic humor in it all.
He has seen more suffering and death than He should have in His short lifetime.

He feels every note of the National Anthem vibrate through His body while at rigid attention,
while tempering the desire to 'square-away ' those around Him who haven't bothered to stand,
remove their hat, or even stop talking.

In an odd twist, day in and day out, far from
home, He defends their right to be disrespectful.
Just as did His Father, Grandfather, and Great-
grandfather, He is paying the price for our
freedom.

Beardless or not, He is not a boy.
He is the American Fighting Man that has kept this country free for over 200 years.
He has asked nothing in return, except our friendship and understanding.
Remember Him, always, for He Has earned our respect and admiration.

And now we even have Women over there in danger, doing Their part.

As you go to bed tonight, remember this image.

Funeral held for Woman robbed and killed with her Fiancé after their engagement party

Nearly a thousand mourners paid tearful final respects yesterday to 25-year-old Nia Haqq, the Jersey City woman slain with her Fiancé when they returned home from their engagement party early Sunday, officials said.

"I'm lost, I'm lost," said Tyra Minga who was to be Haqq's maid of honor next April when she was to be wed to Michael Muchioki, 27, who was found dead beside Haqq in front of their Randolph Avenue home.

The young couple was gunned down early Sunday near their home on Randolph Avenue in Jersey City as they returned from their engagement party in New Brunswick. They were murdered at around 3 a.m.

The couple was engaged in December and had planned to get married next April in Aruba.

Their killers, two women and a man, according to authorities, robbed them of personal belongings, including Haqq's engagement ring.

The trio shot them both twice and then tried to steal Haqq's 2010 Honda CR-V, but failed because of an anti-theft device.
They left the scene in a gold Grand Am, authorities said.

In death, as in life, Nia Haqq, 25, and Michael Muchioki, 27, will be together.
Sandra Muchioki said yesterday her family had replaced Nia's engagement ring and the couple would be buried wearing wedding bands.

Family members buried Haqq at the Rosedale & Rosehill Cemetery in Linden yesterday and Muchioki will be buried by her side.

America can be the Promised Land
Take advantage of our Free Educational System. You could learn a lot.

College is Free in America. Grants alone will pay the cost of many very good colleges. And the student should have over $700 left a semester, after tuition and books. Probably more nowadays, depends on financial income family size, etc.

Financial Aid Grants Are Free. No Repayment Ever!
You don't have to be a genius or have had great marks in high school to get into college nowadays. They may just make you take a couple of easy tests to see what Freshman classes are good for you. Nothing scary, like trying for scholarships. No academic requirements for financial aid.

Then there's Work Study. A easy job at minimum wage part of your financial aid package. Work at school much easier than running around.

Anyone can go to college. You don't have to be in or just out of high school. I was 28 when I started college.
I went to school with people who worked full time and still got straight A's. Better grades than I.

Call the Financial Aid Department of the college or university you want to attend and ask them any questions you have, or for an interview there for help getting the financial aid application completed.

I know a person can go to college with just financial aid. I did.
If you get really good marks as an undergraduate, there are a lot of good internships and scholarships. to pay for post graduate work.

Try never to take student loans. It's better to go to a Good school that may not have such a big name, than to go into debt for ten years.

Some students may be able to get help paying off student loans; for certain professions like becoming teachers, doctors, etc. if you are willing to work in under served areas for a number of years.

Student loans are good, if one is sure they can pay them off. Otherwise they're trouble.
Some of the smallest schools have the best teachers. Know what you want to learn and choose a school by how compatible they are with your goals.

I have been busy finding new songs I've been really working hard editing for just the best videos.

The computer is the invention that saves the world! Communication is the answer. The world seems to have stopped communicating. We had some breakthroughs in understanding each other but the ability for people to communicate seems to have really slowed down.

I told my computer tech guy that I was on a Mission to save the world.
I cannot stand the craziness any more.

I thought maybe people just don't understand maybe if someone just tells them they will understand!

So I decided why not. I'm good at telling people what I think. All my life, every time someone gets in trouble they run to me for help.

I would like to see everyone in the world have a decent home, food, clothing, medicine all the things most people have. But there are places in the world where they have no water, food, anything!

This is why the world is always fighting. The poor want the rich to give back a little of what they stole from them.

Lord, Hold Our Troops In Your Great Hands.
Protect Them, As They Protect Us
If you read this, you will forward it on.
You just won't be able to stop yourself.

The average age of the military man is 19 years.
He is a short haired, tight-muscled kid who, under normal circumstances is considered by
society as half man, half boy.

He's a recent High School graduate, drives a ten year old jalopy. He listens to rock and roll or hip-hop or rap or jazz or swing and a 155mm howitzer.

He is 10 or 15 pounds lighter now than when he was at home because he is working or fighting from before dawn to well after dusk.

He can field strip a rifle in 30 seconds and reassemble it in less time in the dark. He can recite to you the nomenclature of a machine gun or grenade launcher and use either one effectively if he must.

He digs foxholes and can apply first aid like a professional.

He can march until he is told to stop,
or stop until he is told to march.

He obeys orders instantly and without hesitation,
but he is not without spirit or individual dignity.

He is self-sufficient.

He has two sets of fatigues he washes one and wears
the other. He keeps his canteens full and his feet dry.

He can cook his own meals, mend
his own clothes, and fix his own hurts.

If you're thirsty, he'll share his water with you; if you
are hungry, his food. He'll even split his ammunition
with you in the midst of battle when you run low.

He has learned to use his hands like weapons
and weapons like they were his hands.

He will often do twice the work of a civilian, draw half the pay, and still find ironic humor in it all.
He has seen more suffering and death than he should have in his short lifetime.

He feels every note of the National Anthem vibrate
through his body while at rigid attention, while
tempering the burning desire to 'square-away ' those
around him who haven't bothered to stand,
remove their hat, or even stop talking.

In an odd twist, day in and day out, far from
home, he defends their right to be disrespectful.
Just as did his Father, Grandfather, and Great-
grandfather, he is paying the price for our
freedom.

Beardless or not, he is not a boy.
He is the American Fighting Man that has kept this country free for over 200 years.
He has asked nothing in return, except our friendship and understanding.
Remember him, always, for he has earned our respect and admiration.

And now we even have women over there in danger, doing their part.
As you go to bed tonight, remember this image. A short lull, a little shade and a picture of z loved ones in their helmets.

In CONGRESS, July 4, 1776
The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America,

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,
That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. The history of the present King of Great Britain [George III] is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

He has endeavored to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.

He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.

He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.

He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the consent of our legislatures.

He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our British brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by the Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. Memorial Day Reflections To Our Troops In Iraq & Our More Than*58,000 Brothers & Sisters Whose Names Are On The Wall

I'm new to finding out about the atrocities that the Bush administration have been perpetrating against our American Military, the Iraq'i population, as well as everybody else in the world that they have chosen to do it to.
I have an excuse*

In May, 2000 I got hurt. I tore my left rotator cuff and hurt the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th vertebrae in my neck. I was in agony for years. The first two doctors a gp and orthopedic did nothing, didn't even give me pain medications that helped the pain.
Then they sent me to a neurologist who tried every synthetic opiate on the market. Was severely allergic, made my skin burn and my hair fall out. After almost a year of torture he put me on the duragesic patch. Did nothing for the pain. Then he switched to the duragesic that I suspect also contained Ibprofin, which I'd told him, many times I was allergic to.

There is an evil force in the world. It took me out first because it knew I would be one of the people who would give it a fight!

I got so knocked out I slept for two years.I kept telling him (and he could see) I was having a severe allergic reaction but he kept ignoring me. Telling me I was crazy that it was the same patch as the first five prescriptions he'd given me. (2.5) I'd made the mistake of asking him if he could give me a higher dose. The patches are all marked the same, but I went from being alert and in pain to unconscious as soon as he gave me the next prescription, seems suspicious to me.
Finally I threw away all the medications and fired all my doctors. Now two years later, I'm walking better and in some pain but not like I was.

I've been having a long distance relationship with a Marine (Vietnam Vet) for 30 years, strange as it sounds (he follows me everywhere), looks at me and runs). That's how shell shocked he is. He loves me, but he keeps running away from me. He's afraid of me.
He wasn't afraid of the vietcong. But me, he's afraid of.

I am going to do everything in my power to stop this genocidal Bush administration from doing what they did to my generation of young men, to any more young Americans.

Growing up during the 60's my generation has seen the evil that the American government is capable of perpetrating against it's own citizens and others.
We fought them all the way then and we'll fight them again!

I think that if George Bush and the Republican Congress, who back him are so tough, they should all suit up and go over to the streets of Baghdad and show us how brave they are. Yeah, right, like that's ever going to happen.

I'm calling all the hippies to join in this revolution and stop the war in Iraq Today.

So now you know a little about me. I couldn't figure out where all the Hippies and Yippies went.* Now I know where they are, on the internet. Yay!

One more thing George, While I have your attention. Why do you keep sending our troops out on search and destroy missions? STOP DOING THIS!

Get our guys the proper armored vehicles immediately and stop making them "Missile-Magnets" because the vehicles are not properly armored. No more army surplus with some armor slapped on.

These kids need proper vehicles, not recycled junk that otherwise would be rusting in government warehouses, if not for the convenience of the war in Iraq.

One last thing George,
IS THIS ANYWAY TO TREAT OUR VETS?
it seems like awfully bad form to prosecute and imprison a veteran for pushing for PTSD benefits.

Note to Congress, Please make sure our troops get these armored vehicles immediately! This war has cost the American taxpayers a fortune already and we don't even have the satisfaction of knowing that it is being used to protect our fighting men and women.
Buy armored vehicles. not bombs!

The American people are starting to lose confidence in all of you and definitely have already regarding the White House.

Show the American people that we still have a DEMOCRACY running this government!

Just get and supply our troops in the middle east with as many armored vehicles and ant-missile systems as they need to be Safely Protected from incoming missiles.
Appropriate the money. Use it to give our troops a fighting chance!

I'm reading today's news about the Hamas offer of a six month truce.
Also about Israel's doubts concerning it's truthfulness.
I don't know. This is a situation where even I am speechless.
I would not want to say give it a try and then have Hamas not keep their word.
But I also would not want to say don't do it. After all Hamas might really be ready to put the past behind them.

The Palestinians don't even have food. They have to depend on food deliveries from the U.N., this is bad! That's how it was in Europe after World War II. For many years.

Palestine is a nation that really needs Peace. It's dumb to fight and starve. Nobody wins with war and violence.* One would think that the world, would have grasped this concept by now.

The Palestinian, Israeli conflict is a terrible tragedy on both sides!

I absolutely feel for all involved.
All the violence is so unnecessary.
Why can't Israel and Palestine to live in Peace?

But of course Peace is not free and those who have been displaced must be compensated. Everyone should profit.
Fair, equal rights for everyone involved.
There has to be some fair agreement that everyone can come to.
The violence has gone on for too long now!

When we were children my mother used to tell us, "two can't fight if one won't".
(A very annoying saying,in my opinion).

Of course the world's situation is much more serious than a childhood dispute, but I would think that the same principle would still hold true.
Peace, Peace, Peace

Both sides should grow up and think of the many innocent people caught in the middle of this argument!

The leaders of the entire world need to have a big conference at the United Nations and nobody gets to leave until the issues of World Peace, Poverty and Human Rights are settled!

No one should be starving, (as many are) in today's world!
There is too much money out there. The privileged people of the world, have a responsibility to help the less fortunate ones!

Until the world is stabilized regarding poverty how can there be Peace? But I think that with the proper interventions and Peace. (*Let's just try it*),
"we" can feed and take care of every person on earth!
I don't know what to say to Hamas, except, are you for real this time?
Maybe they are. Prosperity is so much better than war!
